Terms and Conditions

Return/Refund Policy

1. All payments made and products purchased are considered final, not returnable and/or refundable, except there is quality defect. Please refer to the section below on Product Defects.
2. The bank transfer payment, credit card or debit card that you provided will automatically be billed promptly after the product purchase is submitted. All currency references are in Malaysia Ringgit. 
3. Any decision aside those written above (point 1 and 2), in a special condition of payment dispute made at IMUNNYMALAYSIA.COM, shall be at the sole discretion of our company's internal policy.

PRODUCT DEFECTS

1. All products will be delivered in a most secure packaged and condition. If you receive the parcel not in good condition, please 
    a. take photo of the parcel and consignment note 
    b. dont sign to  accept the parcel and ask the logistic/postman to return to us
    c. send us the photos and we will ship out a new parcel within 2-3 working days
2. If you accidentally receive the parcel and only to find out that the product is defective after you unbox, please take photos and send to us and we will investigate      
    whether to refund or send you a replacement product.
3. If you have received the parcel and find out that we ship the wrong product , please take photos and send to us and after we confirm, you are to 
    return the product to us and we will refund or send you the right product.


Delivery Policy

1. Our courier partner will usually deliver the parcel within 2-5 working days from the date of shipment (our daily shipment is Monday to Friday except Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays). The courier partner we are attached with is Ninjavan and Poslaju.

Delivery fees:
  • Free delivery for purchase above RM150 within West Malaysia (free delivery for minimum purchase can be vary in certain promotion period)
  • For purchase below RM150, minimum delivery within West Malaysia will be RM6 for purchase of goods below 3kg. Additional RM3 for every subsequent 1kg of goods.
  • Delivery fee to East Malaysia will be minimum RM15 for the first 1kg and additional RM15 for every subsequent 1kg of goods.
2. In the event of delay on the delivery, we would recommend for self-collection at our courier partner designated collection branch to avoid effects on the product quality. Affected customers may also contact us through WhatsApp, Email or Facebook Messenger.

3. Actual product might have a slight difference from the photos published in our website or other marketing channels in term of color due to the camera effects during photo shooting. Your understanding is very much appreciated.
